Business Continuity (DirectBCP)
Our DirectBCP process goes far beyond traditional BCP processes.
Directlink's BCP process has taken the complex world of Fiber Optic
Transport (DirectTransport) and transformed it into an integrated
suite of flexible solutions. This along with our 24/7/365 data
center offering, DirectHost, is designed to enhance our
ability to provide a comprehensive BCP strategy that takes into
consideration the networking and technical support initiatives
needed to support a customer's BCP.
Our mission at Directlink is intended to help organizations minimize
the impact to time-critical business processes through the development
of a cost effective, flexible and solution rich approach that ensures
the business continuation of mission critical support systems, facilities
and/or resources.
In addition, Directlink has integrated into its solutions the support
of State, Regional and County government to provide the additional
intelligence needed to support the physical plant and resource moves
associated with a Business Continuity Plan. The support of these
agencies includes: tax incentives, real-estate analysis both commercial
and residential, grant and loan programs, relocation assistance,
recruiting and many more feature rich programs to make this transition
as seamless as possible.
At Directlink our BCP process follows a three phase approach to implementation
planning with a focus on our capabilities:
- Assess - review/revise current BCP plans and processes for an organization including:
- Business
- Environment
- Risk Management
- Design/Develop - review/revise, design, or develop the most appropriate BCP for an organization
- Implement - Deploy, test, and review all plans
All designed to provide our customers a strategy that aligns to their specific strategic business initiatives.
